Here at Skate Shack Ltd we are committed to good customer service and as the customer we want you to know that we will do everything in our power to ensure you receive the very highest level of service.

From time to time you may wish to receive our newsletter and special offers. You  have complete control over the information we store about you, at any time you have the right to ask us to delete any personal details stored.

At Skate Shack the knowledge that you are shopping safely and securely on line is of primary importance. Skate Shack are accredited to Shopsafe.co.uk. All payments made by credit or debit cards are handled directly by our payment provider, Sagepay, who use only the latest encryption technology therefore ensuring your card details and personal information is 100% safe.

Unfortunately, due to our commitment to safety and security, we cannot accept payments over the telephone.

By using our website you consent to us using the personal information you have given to Skate Shack Ltd, as outlined in this Privacy Statement. If you have any concerns or questions regarding our website, we would like to hear from you so please call us on 0191 4608218 and we'll be glad to talk through any issues you may have.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days. All orders above £20 and delivered within mainland UK are shipped free of charge. All orders under £20, a £3.50 shipping charge is applicable.

You must be at least 18 years old to order any goods from this website. The consumer has a cooling-off period of seven working days (Distance Selling Regulations 2000).

All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a product we will inform you as soon as possible. We do our best to deliver goods in the stated timescale, but sometimes things happen which are out of our control.

Dates of delivery are approximate and unless we have caused the delay, we will not be held responsible for late arrivals.

Please note our warehouse is open Mon-Fri 8am - 3.30pm. Orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.

Returns

Skate Shack will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All items returned must be new and unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns that are not in a saleable condition.

Skate Shack cannot accept broken skateboard decks due to the nature of the sport. Also unacceptable are skateboard decks which have been assembled into a complete skateboard as they are no longer in their original packaging.

At Skate Shack we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are returning a product because you have ordered the wrong item and require an exchange, then return postage will be paid by yourself. The second delivery from Skate Shack to your address will be charged at £6.50 per delivery.

If you return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund (less delivery charges - orders under £20.00) All you pay is the return postage.

If Skate Shack has made an error in processing or a product is faulty, we will issue a full refund including return postage.

With all returns please telephone us on 0191 4608218 or e-mail us at store@skate-shack.net prior to posting. Please always obtain proof of posting. Within your package please give a reason for your return, include your name, address, order number, contact number and advise whether you require a refund or exchange.
