Here at Skate Shack Ltd we are committed to good customer service and as the customer we want you to know that we will do everything in our power to ensure you receive the very highest level of service.

What we collect about you

If you have purchased item(s) from Skate Shack Ltd we would have collected your email address, phone number and address. If you have chosen to deliver your items to a third-party (such as a friend or relative) we will have collected their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver your parcels and contact you.

From time to time you may wish to receive our newsletter and special offers. You also have complete control over the information we store about you, at any time you have the right to ask us to delete any personal details stored.

Keeping it safe

Skate Shack accept all major credit and debit cards. There are no hidden charges for using credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Google checkout payments.

At Skate Shack the knowledge that you are shopping safely and securely on line is of primary importance. Skate Shack are accredited to Shopsafe.co.uk. All payments made by credit or debit cards are handled directly by our payment provider, Sagepay, who use only the latest encryption technology therefore ensuring your card details and personal information is 100% safe.

Unfortunately, due to our commitment to safety and security, we cannot accept payments over the telephone.

Cookies

You may have heard of Cookies, no, not the chocolate chip kind! Cookies are small amounts of information sent to your web browser by a webserver. They cannot harm your machine in any way as they are small textfiles with simple information in them, they do not contain any personally identifying information.

Cookies enable our website to keep track of the items in your shopping basket and act as place markers when you move around the site, so that way we can ensure you receive the best possible shopping experience.

What we do with your information

In addition to processing your order, we also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We may also send you an occasional newsletter if we think it will be of interest to you, if you don't want to receive a newsletter, simply send us an email to info@skate-shack.net and we will cancel it for you or better still, login to your account and change your email preferences online.

We will NOT exchange, sell or give away your personal details to other companies. Your email address is used solely by yourself, for purposes of logging into your account, and us for emailing you regarding your orders and to update you with our newsletter.

Who else sees your information

We may have to disclose some of your information to service suppliers to help complete your order. These parties may include Royal Mail/Parcel Force and our courier prefered carrier.
